Its very informal and costs ONLY £3.00 per vehicle, payable on arrival (a charitable donation of £3.00 to Willen Hospice), you can just turn up on the day before 9:30am or alternatively (and ideally for us and you) let us know you're coming so we can pencil you in for a space. Again the rule of thumb is arrive before 9:30am or as early as possible, but don't let this put you off as we are sure vehicles will be coming and going all day.
Please note: Because 'our' little event is getting larger (which is great) we have now different display areas for different 'eras' of vehicle. Pre (inc) 1975: Market Square, Post 1975: Cofferidge Close, and finally Supercars in the High Street. On the day, ideally you would make your way to your own area where a kind marshall (a volunteer) will point you in the right direction, it is possible however, your area may be full (or booked) in which case you will be directed to another area. As with all public events, the public will be there! So it makes good sense to keep an eye on your car and possessions, as event organisers cannot be held liable or responsible for any claim.
